1 Bus booking should normally be made on receipt of the email advertising the walk or on the Monday before the next walk.
2 Members have until the Wednesday before the walk to ensure a place on the coach and after that date, visitor’s places will be confirmed.
3 Should a member be unable to travel and have to cancel after the Wednesday, a call-off fee of £13 will be owed.
4 A waiting list is operated and a text or email will be sent should a cancellation be received.
5 Visitors will pay £2.00 above the normal bus fee.
6 After booking, seats are not transferable and can only be occupied by the named person. In the event of being unable to travel after booking, members are asked to contact the Bus Convenor as soon as possible.
7 All rucksacks and poles should be stored underneath in the coach lockers and only dry bags brought on to the coach. Please do be careful with poles as the sharp tips can cause injury in a crowded setting.
